Are the flats in the Link Horizon Building along Marine Drive, Kochi any good?
I'm looking for a flat I could have on rent as a home office in Marine Drive/Shanmughan Road, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala India and was wondering if the flats in that waterfront/view building by Link Horizon constructions were any good to be used as a home office by a web developer.

- A flat on a waterfront is always high maintenance. The salts in the air will cause corrosion.
